VINIFICATION
Double distillation of wine using a traditional Charentais still.
AGING
Aged in 300L and 400L French oak barrels. Solera method with three vintages: 1991, 1992, and 1993. Finished for 3 months in red wine barrels from Château Haut Grelot.
TASTING NOTES
Nose: candied fruits, quince, chocolate, indulgent and appetizing. Palate: rich and powerful with great length, showing flavors of candied fruit and quince.
