VINIFICATION
Double distillation of wine using a traditional Charentais still.
AGING
Aged in 300L and 400L French oak barrels. Solera method blending four vintages: 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017. Minimum age of the eau-de-vie: 7 years.
TASTING NOTES
Very fruity nose: apricot, mirabelle plum, slightly mineral. Delicate and fresh on the palate. Saline finish.
